As the North America Region (NAR) Global Mega Projects (GMP) Leader here at Honeywell, you will lead and oversee GMP initiatives within our Process Automation segment for NAR, ensuring alignment with GMP Sales for execution of pursuit strategy and driving operational excellence.
You will report directly to our Global GMP Leader, and you’ll work out of our Houston, Texas location on an on-site work schedule.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Align the NAR GMP Strategy with NAR GMP Sales and PAS Regional Leadership.
- Work with Sales to drive regional opportunity identification and qualification.
- Develop pursuit win strategy with GMP Sales.
- Collaborate across Honeywell Technology businesses to ensure a One Honeywell strategy for pursuits.
- Support Sales for customer meetings and workshops to demonstrate the value of GMP execution.
- Organize the team and provide Leadership for the response to request for quote (RFQ).
- Support Sales and Legal for the negotiation of contract terms and conditions.
- Lead presenting opportunities to Regional Leadership in Level Reviews.
- Coordinate with Regional Project Management and Engineering Leadership to ensure we are identifying and developing the right Project Management and Engineers to support GMP pipeline.
- Provide Leadership to collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality, engineering, and operations to drive GMP project execution.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Proven experience in managing large complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies (PMIP/GPM) and application to execution.
- Experience supporting Sales in pre-sale activities.
- Contract negotiation experience.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to execute pre-sale and post-sale activities.
- Familiarity with process automation technologies and their implementation across key verticals.
- Background demonstrating Influential Leadership.
