Overview
As the North American Marketing Coordinator at ESAB, you will support the North American Marketing Director in executing the region's marketing strategy. This role is integral to the team's success, assisting in the creation, development, and implementation of marketing campaigns, managing day-to-day administrative tasks, and coordinating marketing activities. Key Responsibilities
- Own NAM Marketing Operations: Lead NAM marketing operations by executing strategies that align with both regional and global objectives, focusing on what resonates in NAM markets.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring regional marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, content gathering, and local implementation.
- Marketing Material Localization: Support the creation and localization of marketing materials tailored for US, Canadian, and Mexican markets to ensure cultural relevance and effectiveness.
- Product Data Management: Ensure that product data and images are up-to-date and accessible across the region, facilitating seamless customer engagement.
- Digital Marketing Initiatives: Assist in the development and maintenance of digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, paid media, and website content, to enhance online presence. Thorough performance monitoring, analytics, and optimization are a must.
- Regional Marketing Coordination: Assist with the coordination of regional marketing requests, resource allocation, and ensure timely completion of marketing activities.
- Sales Enablement: Support sales enablement initiatives by ensuring the sales team has access to the latest marketing materials and product information.
- Translation Management: Manage the translation process from order to delivery to ensure all materials are accurately translated and culturally appropriate.
- E-Commerce Initiatives: Assist with planning and operations for future e-commerce initiatives, contributing to the growth of online sales channels.
- Brand management: support with North American brands management and upkeep, including brand pages updates, brand campaigns across digital, social, email; collateral production, and more.
- PR coordination: work with PR partners to implement agreed upon PR strategy for NAM markets, aligned to commercial priorities.
- Performance & ROI: assist with performance data consolidation, review and insight generation across all marketing activities. Reports, findings, and optimization recommendations presentation to NAM Marketing Director.
- Event Management Support: Assist the team in organizing and managing events and trade shows across NAM, including logistics, vendor coordination, and preparation of event materials.
- In-Store Merchandising Support: Support in-store merchandising efforts, including order management and logistics, to optimize product visibility and sales.
Qualifications
Technical Requirements
- Familiarity with B2B and B2C advertising strategies and campaigns.
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant applications.
- Experience with marketing campaigns on social media platforms.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10-15%.
Experience Requirements
- Relevant degree in Marketing, PR, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in Public Relations and Marketing Communication within an international company.
- Demonstrated success in designing and executing effective marketing or public relations campaigns.
- Experience supporting brand initiatives and marketing activities.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing analytics.
- Experience working in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Event planning experience is a plus but not required.
- Industry experience in welding is a plus but not required.
