FleetPride is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative Marketing Coordinator to help support the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels and departments. This role will help support the team in managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring marketing campaigns, collateral, and branch-related materials are delivered accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can work cross-functionally, manage multiple priorities, and help keep projects moving efficiently. This position will play an important role in supporting campaign execution, and coordinating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support market research initiatives to identify emerging trends and opportunities
  • Support in the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives across the business
  • Help serve as a liaison between internal teams to support smooth project execution with marketing
  • Serve as a point of contact for branches and the graphic design team, helping outline new marketing needs, requests, and priorities
  • Communicate with suppliers and key partners regarding marketing collateral, creative assets, and campaign-related materials
  • Help gather, organize, and route supplier-provided content, product information, logos, and promotional assets for use in marketing campaigns
  • Support the development and proofreading of marketing copy for promotions, campaigns, internal communications, and branch-facing materials
  • Assist with copywriting and content creation for a variety of marketing needs, ensuring messaging aligns with brand standards and campaign goals
  • Support additional day-to-day marketing department needs as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, communications, or a related role preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable managing project updates, timelines, and status communication
  • Ability to write and edit clear, concise, and brand-appropriate copy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools, marketing platforms, or creative workflow tools is a plus
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed

Preferred Skills

  • Experience coordinating marketing collateral or campaign materials
  • Familiarity with supplier/vendor communication and partnership coordination
  • Basic understanding of creative workflows and collaboration with graphic design teams
  • Experience supporting retail, branch, or field marketing initiatives is a plus
  • Experience in video or content creation is a plus
