Title: NAM MarCom Coordinator
Location: Denton, TX
Compensation Range: $74,209-$86,486
Reporting to Sr. Manager, MarCom North America the NAM MarCom Coordinator role drives a wide array of marketing responsibilities, including trade shows and events management, POS and showroom branding, marketing collateral, in-store activation, end-user promotions and giveaways, relevant digital marketing projects, sales enablement and channel support – all to drive product and brand awareness, sales and market share gain.
This position plays a crucial role in building awareness, consideration and purchase intent for ESAB products and brands in the U.S., Canada and Mexico markets through elevated in-store presence, strong shopper marketing, collateral that converts, in-person user activations and experiences. The role needs to closely collaborate with sales and channel team, product management, brand & product strategists, internal and external creatives and vendors to drive desired results.
Primary Duties
- Responsible for U.S. major tradeshows and events planning, staging, execution; reporting on results and ROI (example shows: AHR, Fabtech, Automate, GAWDA conferences, Investor days).
- Support to local teams in Canada and Mexico in planning, execution and reporting on major trade shows and events.
- Creates and maintains North American calendar of small and medium events requested and executed by sales team, supports sales team with events planning, execution, reporting on results (e.g. leads & sales).
- Drives an ongoing effort to improve ESAB presence at events of different scales through impactful materials, incl. self-serve event kits for the sales team.
- MarCom tradeshow materials storage & inventory management on-site in Denton, TX.
- Supports in-store activations, demo events and open houses with physical communication materials, coordinates digital amplification through relevant teams, reports on results.
- In collaboration with the channel team develops and coordinates production of showroom branding, displays and POS materials to improve user experience and elevate ESAB products and brands.
- Manages printed collateral availability and upkeep, including content updates and reprints; oversees literature fulfillment and print vendors.
- Manages communication plans and develops assets for quarterly and seasonal end-user promotions including print and digital materials, through collaboration with creative, digital and social media teams.
- Develops and implements a catalog of branded end-user giveaways and swag items available for ordering on demand.
- Supports sales and channel enablement through management of relevant tools (Ignite, Custom Point, Asset Bank, other).
- Pursues partnership with larger marketing team (incl. social media, digital marketing, PR and media teams) to achieve events, shows and activations integration into broader marketing plan to maximize impact of in-person experiential marketing.
- Manages relevant digital marketing projects.
- Reports on events, tradeshows, in-store activations results, their marketing impact and ROI.
- Vendor management, including contacts, quotes, schedules for all relevant activities (tradeshows and events, collateral, POS materials, giveaways and more).
- Other duties as assigned to support business objectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years omni-channel marketing experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous responsibilities include many of the following: large scale event planning, management and execution; collateral development and production, POS materials development, production and implementation, shopper marketing, promotions management, in-person activations management, swag & giveaway development, reporting on results, project management.
- Experience with digital marketing and omni-channel strategies and their integration into a cohesive marketing plan.
- Fast and agile learner interested in a long-term career with ESAB.

- Problem solver: when presented with a challenge, able to think through critically, map potential solutions and steps for their execution.
- Team player with strong leadership skills to collaborate with extended internal and external teams
- Strong project management skills.
- Proficient with MS office tools (excel, word, ppt) and Project management software.
Working Conditions
- This role is in Denton, TX and requires on-site presence, including work at the MarCom warehouse.
- This role requires significant travel to support events and shows execution: travel might be heavier around major tradeshows and lighter during other months
- North America region includes US, Canada and Mexico, and occasionally events in these countries will need to be supported, which will require travel and collaboration with local vendors.
- Since on-site inventory and staging are part of the job, candidate needs to be able to operate (or willing to learn and get certified) a forklift, pack/unpack items, handle staging of multiple pallets of product, wrapping and labeling pallets according to show requirements.
- Moves transports, puts, or removes equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.; pushes, pulls products weighing up to 200 lbs. using provided safety tools.
- Must wear Personal Protective Equipment ‘PPE’ when working/visiting manufacturing and plant locations.
- “Planning” part of the job requires operating a computer and other office productivity machinery including but not limited to printer, tablets, cell phones.
