Estimated annual base pay: $94,000 (minimum) - $122,000 (midpoint) - $150,000 (maximum)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Proposal Development: Coordinates and oversees the creation of comprehensive proposals, ensuring they meet client requirements and organizational standards.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Partners with sales, technical, and finance teams to gather necessary information and align proposal content with company capabilities. Works closely with engineering teams, particularly those with expertise in gas turbines and control systems, to ensure technical accuracy and feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Manage Customer Communications: Acts as the primary liaison during the proposal process, addressing inquiries and facilitating clear, effective interactions. Serves as a technical point of contact for clients with specific questions related to gas turbines and their control systems, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
- Ensure Quality Compliance: Reviews and edits proposal documents for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to best practices and regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate Market Analysis: Works closely with other Marketing members to evaluate trends and to develop strategic approaches that enhance department throughput.

- Advanced Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills for articulating complex information clearly and building consensus among stakeholders. Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues that arise during the proposal development process.
- Quality Assurance: Detail oriented in reviewing and refining proposals to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high quality submissions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field. A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline is strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience working with gas turbines, turbine control systems, or in the power generation/management sector.
- Proven experience in proposal development and management, preferably in a technical or engineering-focused organization.
- Strong understanding of gas turbine operations, control systems, and maintenance requirements.
- Experience working with OEMs or vendors specializing in gas turbines and related equipment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management tools. Experience with technical modeling software or tools is a plus.
