Under the direction of the North America Brand Expression Design leader, you will be responsible for leading, designing, managing and executing world-class consumer FMOT/SMOT designs for key projects across multiple brands and initiatives. Successful candidates will demonstrate superior ability to lead, generate, visualize and realize design solutions throughout concept development, refinement, and execution with ownership of quality of thinking and outputs from design strategy, concept to design, to execution. You will support and influence the design studio thinking and organization of work, lead inspirational design sessions and present design work to leadership up to Vice President and CEO level. You will collaborate with disciplines across the design studio and business to identify opportunities, solve design issues, and preserve design intent throughout initiatives.
This role requires strong proficiencies in the following: design mastery, product sketching/rapid visualization, storyboarding, ideation, renderings, 2D/3D prototyping, research & analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and presentation work.
Context of the Role:
We expect you to generate fresh, compelling design solutions for business pipelines, brand activations, and long-term strategic initiatives while embodying consumer-centric thinking and an excellent aesthetic sensibility to tackle complex design challenges. You will participate in design research, are expected to have a clear point of view on relevant market and design trends, consumer segments, and the competitive landscape to inspire and guide design directions. Your role will involve translating consumer needs, brand identity attributes, contextual imagery, and visual direction into functional, beautiful, brand-targeted experiences.

Job Qualifications
- Mastery in the following: Software Fluency in the latest digital programs and tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Power Point, Excel and Word. AI experience is a plus.
- Skills in design and SMPL process, design briefs, design CPS, package design, design layout, digital to create robust design solutions and the ability to lead with expertise and partner with the multi-disciplinary teams.
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong Design Mastery in the core areas of packaging and brand expression. Your portfolio will be assessed on creative excellence, storytelling, problem-solving and technical mastery.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives and handle complexity of projects at different stages at once.
- Experience in designing for OTC brands or similar (regulated) executing across multiple touchpoints a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to justify your conceptional and directional design choices. Comfortable giving and receiving feedback. Strong ability to present in front of leadership and influence a senior leader’s point of view.
