A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a MyIT Experience Specialist reporting to Senior Manager IT Experience & Operations, SEO Tech Enablement.
A bit about your role
The myIT Experience Specialist is a visible and trusted point of contact who helps enable a seamless myIT experience for nbn employees. The role provides rapid diagnosis and resolution of a wide range of IT issues, supports onboarding and offboarding, manages devices and consumables, and captures user feedback to improve satisfaction.
Alongside day‑to‑day support, the specialist contributes to experience analytics, trend analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Through professional and empathetic handling of multiple interactions, the role helps ensure smooth IT experiences, fewer incidents, and a consistently high standard of service across nbn.
A bit about you
The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, experience working within ITIL and SLA‑driven environments, and the ability to navigate sensitive issues with professionalism, diplomacy, and effective negotiation. They can produce clear reports and procedures, build strong customer and organisational relationships, and collaborate well within teams. The role requires broad technical capability across Microsoft and Apple technologies, Active Directory, Office 365, networking, telephony, hardware, and mobile devices, supported by relevant IT qualifications. Candidates must also demonstrate adherence to nbn policies, safe work practices, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, risk‑free working environment.
