Job Description Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator capable of managing end-to-end purchase orders at our CPS Mexico plant. What You'll Do For Us:
- Creation of Purchase Orders: Initiate purchase orders and ensure that they meet all specifications and requirements.
- Supplier Coordination: Ensure suppliers receive the purchase orders and follow up to confirm receipt.
- Procurement Tracking: Monitor the progress of purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods, spare parts, and other materials.
- Primary Point of Contact: Act as the liaison among suppliers, users, and the billing department to ensure a seamless process from order to payment.
- Quotation Management: Obtain detailed quotations for unusual or specific items as needed.
- User Support: Assist users in developing requisitions and linking them with purchase orders.
- Supplier Registration: Register new suppliers to expand our network and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Health, Safety, and Environmental Initiatives: Actively participate in health, environmental, and safety programs established within the plant.
- Risk Identification: Be aware of and involved in the risk matrices in your workspace.
Authority:
- Provide feedback or make adjustments to the process if any deviations affecting quality, safety, or the environment are observed. Segregate the affected product, and if the deviation is critical, halt the activity and immediately inform relevant authorities.
- Report any suspicious behavior that might affect operations, quality, safety, or the environment.
What Are The Qualifications Needed:
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 to 3 years of experience in purchasing MRO materials and other supplies.
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge in industrial areas and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Familiarity with SAP software.
- Understanding of spare parts and laboratory materials.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Personal Skills:
- High attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills.
- Financial acumen.
- Innovation and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong trading and negotiation skills.
Language Requirements:
- English: Intermediate level to understand technical specifications and quotations.
- Spanish: Required for effective communication with suppliers, contractors, and other CPS Concentrate Plant personnel.

Working Conditions:
You will primarily work in manufacturing production plant areas and warehouses, where exposure to certain hazards may be present. Adherence to all safety protocols and guidelines is mandatory to ensure a secure work environment.
