ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities
- Run monthly close and ensure accurate, on-time IFRS reporting
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing performance analysis
- Lead internal controls and ensure audit readiness (and fix gaps when they appear)
- Partner with plant leaders to support decision-making and improve results
- Drive working capital, cash flow, and cost control across both sites
- Lead internal and external audit activity, closing out findings properly
- Oversee ERP systems and support improvements or integration work
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing site finance team
- Manage capex tracking, approvals, and reporting
- Work with other sites to share and implement better ways of doing things
- 8+ years in accounting or finance, ideally within manufacturing
- Experience leading a plant finance function and managing a team
- Strong grounding in IFRS, controls, and audit processes
- Comfortable working in a global, matrix setup (and navigating it without drama)
- A genuine business partner — you don’t just report numbers, you question them
- Strong systems and Excel skills
- Able to balance detail with the bigger picture

- 8+ years of experience in accounting or finance
- Experience in manufacturing, ideally within a plant finance environment
- Experience leading a plant finance function
- Experience managing a finance team
- Strong knowledge of IFRS
- Experience with internal controls and audit processes

- Strong systems and Microsoft Excel skills
