RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
- Assist field management in resolving varied and potentially complex employee relations matters
- Conduct timely, accurate investigations as needed
- Audit the execution of company human resource management policies and directives, and compliance with federal, state and local employment and wage and hour statutes.
- Assist with the tracking and measurement of key field talent management and retention initiatives.
- Consult with line leaders on all performance assessment, performance improvement, and general talent development initiatives. This includes facilitating individual and group workshops to train and retain high-potential leadership.
- Manage and support the talent pipeline through workforce and career planning.
- Provide individual and group training to develop and enhance respectful working environments at all business locations.
- Labor Relations
- Perform additional related duties as required and/or assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS & SPECIAL ATTRIBUTES
- Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Valid state driver's license and automotive insurance.
- 8 years of relevant work experience (in addition to degree or years of previous experience)
- 3 years of experience managing a department, function, product, or project
- 3 years of labor relations experience within a retail environment
- 5-7 years of employee relations experience within a retail environment
- Advanced knowledge of US labor laws
- Advanced proficiency in conflict prevention and resolution

Pay Rate: $95,000 - $130,000 / annually depending on background and experience.
