Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a Murex FO professional with 3+ years of experience to support technology initiatives, software delivery, and business-focused technology solutions. The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, translating them into technology solutions, and contributing to successful project delivery. The position supports business objectives through effective technology implementation, process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and alignment with technology roadmaps.

Software Requirements (Required and Preferred)

Required

• Murex FO: 3+ years of relevant experience in Murex FO-related technology delivery, implementation, configuration, support, or development.

• In-depth understanding of various technologies and software systems.

• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

• Understanding of software architecture and design patterns.

• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and infrastructure.

• Knowledge of database management systems and data structures.

• Strong technical expertise in multiple areas of software development and technology.

• Ability to use technology, collaboration, documentation, and project tracking tools relevant to assigned responsibilities.

Day-to-Day Activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent relevant education and professional experience may be considered.

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in technology leadership and software development is specified in the requirements.

• Certifications in Agile development, project management, cloud computing, software architecture, or related technology areas are preferred where relevant.

• Complete role-relevant training in Murex FO, software development, cloud infrastructure, databases, security, Agile delivery, and technology governance as applicable.

• Maintain continuous professional development through relevant training, technical learning, knowledge sharing, and awareness of evolving technology practices.
