We are seeking a talented individual to join our Multinational team at Marsh. This role will be based in Sandton, hybrid and has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Senior Client Executive will provide comprehensive Insurance service and support to both internal and external clients and to consistently deliver high level of service thereof. Ensure organizational compliance to Company policies, procedures and legislation.
We will count on you to:
Grow the Multinational Outbound business across the RMP, Specialty and Advisory Segments.
Support and develop trusted relationships with all Marsh / Correspondent Offices across Africa.
Design compliant insurance solutions for our Multinational Clients in Africa
Ensure successful renewal of insurance contracts timeously.
Effective management of client portfolio in terms of :
Responsible to meet the renewal new business budget set for your team
Invoicing of renewal and new business premium / fees to be raised promptly once mandate received.
Prudent management of credit control – nil bad debt provisioning
Must be fluent with the renewal, expanded and new business processes.
Identify and initiate cross-sell opportunities within book of business to grow revenue across Marsh
Keep abreast with the insurance markets (both local and overseas)
Coordination of insurance policies for Multinationals based in various countries globally.
Effective use of Marsh Global Connect is compulsory.
Compliance with efiling(M-Share protocols to be adhered)..
Maintenance and effective updating of Mpower on new/ expanded business
Support the Multinational Leader in all respects
Mentorship of graduates in the team to encourage the “grow our own initiative”.
Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication and cohesive team effort.
Familiarity and compliance with all company policies, statutory and regulatory requirements
Ensure that technical, claims and service delivery standards are properly implemented for the client in terms of quality management systems
This position requires an individual who is comfortable working at a varying pace, managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously adjusting priorities.
May be required to travel on business (as requested by the client).
What you need to have:
Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in short term insurance sales and client service delivery function
Matric & relevant formal qualification and AIISA (or similar)
Bachelor degree required
Will need to complete the Multinational Diploma on successful appointment.
Must be FAIS and RE5 compliant
Proficient in all IT applications / software eg Microsoft Office.
Must have a valid driver’s licence and a car
