Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Broadcast Traffic & Programming Operations
- Download, organize, and manage commercial content for on‑air broadcast
- Assign and track commercial house numbers
- Prepare and distribute daily dub lists and final playlists
- Maintain an accurate and current commercial library
- Process local and national advertising orders and contracts
- Manage daily commercial inventory and coordinate make‑goods as needed
- Review discrepancy reports and help resolve issues before they escalate
- Communicate with Sales and Master Control to ensure smooth on‑air execution
- Assist with programming support, including schedules, listings, and audience reporting
Digital Advertising Support
- Perform quality assurance and ongoing monitoring of digital ad campaigns to ensure accurate setup, pacing, creative rotation, and delivery
- Manage digital creative assets and trafficking continuity, including compliance, schedules, tracking links, and expiration management
- Monitor delivery issues, initiate make‑goods, and reconcile platform delivery with billing to ensure accuracy
- Coordinate daily with Sales, Digital Ad Operations, and Finance to troubleshoot issues, document resolutions, and maintain consistent digital workflows
- High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree a plus
- Previous experience in data entry, coordination, sales support, media, or operations preferred
- Broadcast traffic, digital advertising, or media experience is helpful — but not required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy (this is critical)
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Clear communication skills and good judgment
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with multiple teams
- Someone who sees inconsistencies, asks good questions, and takes ownership of fixing things
- Physical Requirements: Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Work with time sensitive information under tight deadlines and in pressure situations. Manual dexterity and fine motor skills to manipulate and operate personal computers and general office equipment (telephone, copier, etc.) for extended periods of time. Ability to read and follow both oral and written direction. Ability to think quickly and to articulate information in clear, concise manner to others. Sit for extended periods of time.
