Requirements
We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Media Auditor that will be responsible for validating the quality, to ensure compliance, accuracy, and quality control in digital media assets. The role involves reviewing media files, metadata, and delivery specifications, identifying inconsistencies, and ensuring adherence to industry standards. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital media workflows and quality assurance practices.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all required files are delivered to the client.
- Verify the resolution and aspect ratio of videos and images to ensure they match the client’s specifications and requirements.
- Check that the wrapper types are correct for the file type and comply with the client’s specifications.
- Confirm that the internal workflow process has been followed correctly.
- Communicate any issues to the relevant teams.
- Document internal issues in a report.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Media or equivalent education.
- Experience in digital media, content distribution, or quality control.
- Familiarity with media specifications, codecs, and metadata standards.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous approach to reviewing content.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of file formats (MP4, MOV, WAV, etc.), encoding standards, and QC tools.
- Experience with content management systems and workflow tracking tools.
