We are hiring a Multimedia Producer to join our marketing team! While this role will lean heavily into video production, the right candidate will thrive on bringing ideas to life through video, design, and digital content. It's a hands-on, execution focused position aimed at producing repeatable creative assets that keep our team running smoothly. This role is essential to our team's success, and a great opportunity for a motivated creative to learn fast and grow alongside a talented, supportive group of senior creatives in a fun environment.
What You'll Do- Pre-Production
- Scoping the effort a project requires and setting up shots and planning production needs
- Communicating and managing timelines with talent and internal stakeholders
- Production
- Operate the camera, lighting, and audio equipment
- Direct shoots and capture content
- Post-Production
- Edit video content with attention to sound, color grading, and basic effects
- Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency and quality
- Execute design tasks in alignment with brand guidelines
- Help template and standardize recurring design work to reduce creative lift and boost efficiency
- 2 - 4 years prior experience with a strong emphasis in video production
- Experience using Adobe products such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and AfterEffects
- Experience with Davinci Resolve
- Experience with BlackMagic cameras and footage
- A continuous growth-mindset, with a focus on learning, embracing challenges, and continuously improving
- A knack for creative and innovation, bringing fresh ideas to the table and solving complex problems
This is a salaried/hourly position at CompanyCam. Our starting salary is $47,500 - $57,500 per year/hour and is based on experience. We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits.
