- Create high-impact content to build the brand, provide editorial support for regional marketing & communications, and coordinate media initiatives.
- Drive the development and execution of multimedia content strategies, oversee content creation, collaborate with internal teams, and manage projects from concept to completion.
- Direct and implement corporate communication strategies for the AxJ region, cultivating relationships with media and key financial reporters/journalists.
- Support regional/local events (internal & external), social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, YouTube etc.) management, and perform some administrative duties.
- Oversee award pitching and management for the region.
- Stay updated on industry trends, analyze content performance, and align strategies with organizational goals.
- Support routine marketing production, where needed.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered at AVP level.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Journalism, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance and/or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years working experiences in media and communications role within financial industry (preferably in asset management).
- Excellent command of English, oral and written communication skills (with a second language preferred).
- Solid knowledge on managing corporate social media platform/ tools and video production tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Oktopost etc.).
- Extensive corporate communications experience required including solid media relations across local and regional media outlets and full understanding of media operator.
- Good understanding of the investment management industry including investment products, client segments and the competitor landscape.
- Able to work independently with a one-person team to support the AxJ region.
- Experience in hands-on event planning and/ or virtual events (e.g. live webcast).
- Advanced creative/technical writing would be a plus.
- High computer proficiency.
- SFC license is a plus.
