We’re looking for a Multimedia Designer who can bring marketing campaigns, global events, and brand storytelling to life through engaging visual design, animation, and video. 

In this role, you’ll create visual assets that support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, global events, and digital marketing initiatives. Your work will span static and animated campaign assets, video content, and event-related creative that helps communicate complex ideas clearly and visually. 

You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Events, Product Marketing, Campaign Strategy, and Content teams to translate messaging into compelling creative experiences across digital channels. 

This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys working across graphic design, motion graphics, and video, and who is comfortable contributing ideas while working collaboratively with a distributed global team. 

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Design visual assets for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, including display ads, social media graphics, email visuals, website assets, and supporting campaign collateral 

  • Create both static and animated digital ads aligned with campaign messaging and brand guidelines 

  • Develop visual assets for global events and field marketing, including large-scale booth graphics, event branding, presentation visuals, and promotional materials 

  • Produce motion graphics, animations, and short-form video content for digital campaigns and social channels 

  • Edit video content including event footage, campaign videos, demos, explainers, and testimonials 

  • Collaborate closely with Copy, Campaign Strategy, Product Marketing, Events, and other stakeholders to bring campaigns and initiatives to life 

  • Maintain consistency with PROS brand guidelines and visual identity across all creative outputs 

  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment 

 

What We’re Looking For 

  • 5+ years of experience in multimedia design, graphic design, motion graphics, or a related field 

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, animation, and video creation 

  • Experience creating digital marketing assets such as display ads, social graphics, email visuals, and campaign collateral 

  • Ability to translate marketing messaging into clear, engaging visual concepts 

  • Experience working within established brand guidelines and visual systems 

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, high-quality creative 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 

 

Technical Skills 

  • Adobe Creative Cloud 

  • Photoshop 

  • Illustrator 

  • After Effects 

  • Premiere Pro 

Nice to have: 

  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com or similar platforms 

  • Familiarity with simple design tools such as Canva to build self-service templates
