Key Accountabilities 
 
Main Role 
  • Video production and editing — including stitching, transitions, and basic motion graphics — for marketing, digital, or event use. 

  • Design and develop visually compelling and on-brand PowerPoint presentations, templates, and visual frameworks for internal and external communications. 

  • Collaborate with the Creative Lead to conceptualize and execute multimedia content aligned with brand guidelines. 

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as editorial, traffic, and project management to ensure timely delivery of creative outputs. 

  • Manage and maintain organized file systems for multimedia assets, ensuring version control and accessibility for the wider team. 

 

Minor Roles 
 
  • Conduct thorough reviews and proofing of presentations and multimedia files to ensure design accuracy, clarity, and accessibility. Verify that all content aligns with the company's branding and messaging before finalization. 

  • Has knowledge in accessibility (AODA, ADA, and AMA) 

  • Demonstrates skills in many design disciplines: Illustration, Photography, Photo-Manipulation, etc.  

  • Capable of producing other graphic design work such is print and multimedia in the visual aspects of marketing materials, and other media, including infographics 

 

Minimum skills requirements: 
 
Basic qualifications 
  • Has at least more than five years of experience as a Multimedia designer or other similar role 

  • Knowledgeable in using and creating accessible collaterals 

  • Has previous work experience as Creative liaison with cross-functional teams in Publishing, Advertising/Marketing, Media, Design or Film industries 

  • Advanced knowledge in using Microsoft Office Applications/tools mainly PowerPoint (Word, Excel, etc.) 

  • Proficient in using Adobe Creative Design Suite (InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) 

  • Bears solid communication (listening, speaking, and writing) and organizational skills 

  • An online design portfolio is required for submission and assessment. 

 

Additional qualifications 
  • Any experience working with international clients is a plus. 

  • Previous work in a BPO environment (not required, but is an advantage) 

  • Positive and collaborative team member 

  • Performs well under pressure 

  • Accurate and detail-oriented 

  • Adaptable to gradual changes and flexible with priorities 

  • Thinks and presents new initiatives and process improvementswhen needed
