Senior Executive, Multimedia Designer

POSITION SUMMARY: 

The main responsibility of the Senior Executive, Multimedia Designer is to provide creative talent, innovations, and strong branding experience to the City of Dreams Manila Resorts
Marketing & Branding team, ensuring all artwork, web assets, digital artwork and copies are
produced correctly, timely and consistently with the corporate direction and branding
guidelines.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.    Work within a team of Multimedia Designers along with other Resort Marketing Executives, Copywriter and other relevant business units to provide creative artwork for advertising, collateral, merchandises and other communication mediums as required
2.    Ensures all artwork and copies are correct and compliant with the guidelines.
3.    Takes a project from initial concept to final artworks, ensuring all artworks created are brand compliant.
4.    Working within the City of Dreams Manila Resorts Marketing Team, the candidate will assist in the designing, developing, and editing of artwork for the various communication mediums
5.    Ensure all artwork developed and produced is accurate and consistent with the City of Dreams Manila corporate direction
6.    Liaises with vendors and suppliers when necessary.
7.    Assists in maintaining an electronic and/or print library of all relevant images, artwork and logos to ensure that these are easily accessible for the team.
8.    Adheres to all departmental and company-wide policies and procedures including the implementation of initiatives and practices to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

I.    Experience

1.    Minimum 3 years of work experience in a professional design studio or advertising agency
2.    Previous experience of working in a similar role is essential
3.    Good experience of branding and brand development 
4.    Has a strong design portfolio

II.    Education 

Tertiary qualifications in a related field (e.g. Graphic Design, Animation, Web Design, Arts, etc.) is preferred but not essential

III.    Skills / Competencies 

1.    A Mac user with a solid working knowledge of applicable programs including Adobe CS3, QuarkXPress, Freehand and Acrobat.
2.    Competent in terms of computer literacy, including using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3.    Strong time management and organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on quality

3.    Flexible in working hours, as this may require extra hours out of normal work hours.
