Multimedia Designer (E-learning)

Avaloq Academy, the technical education department of Avaloq, is responsible for creating educational materials and training Avaloq professionals worldwide. As a Multimedia Designer (E-learning), you will contribute to the team's success by producing high-quality graphics, e-learning materials, and interactive content. You will collaborate with teammates across various locations (Zurich, Edinburgh, Pune) and work closely with Academy instructors, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to develop e-learning courses. 

Your key tasks: 

• Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and imagery that align with Avaloq and Avaloq Academy standards. 
• Transform scripts into storyboards that effectively represent the content. 
• Edit and animate visual assets to create engaging e-learning videos. 
• Conduct peer reviews and provide feedback on teammates' outputs. 
• Create interactive learning content, including interactive theory and software simulation demos. 
• Set up and manage e-learning materials and courses in our learning management system. 
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders on various tasks and projects as needed. 

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field. 
• Proven experience in multimedia design, preferably in an e-learning or educational context. 
• Proficiency in the following multimedia design software (or equivalent): Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Microsoft PowerPoint 
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of multimedia design projects. 
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail. 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. 
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 
• Strong organizational and time management skills. 

It would be a real bonus if you have 

• Proficiency in the following e-learning authoring software (or equivalent): Camtasia, Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise 
• Experience in e-learning production, LMS authoring, or LMS management 
• Experience or knowledge of instructional design 
• A basic understanding of computer science or programming
