In April 2021, Bosch proudly established its first regional HR Service Hub in Vecsés, serving the Central Eastern European (CEE) region. Our mission is to provide top-tier HR services that support and enhance our operations across this dynamic and diverse region.

Job Description

Join our HR Services Hub in Vecsés and play a crucial role in supporting our leaders and teams. If you are fluent in both German and English and you are agile, organized and detail-oriented, we want to hear from you!

Your tasks will be:

► Calendar and Travel Management: Manage the leaders' calendars, schedule meetings, and support travel arrangements and settle travel expenses for employees

Administrative Support: Compose reminders, and minutes in English and German, ensuring clear communication within the team and support the time sheet administration

Event Coordination: Support in planning and coordinating meetings, conferences, and office events

Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to workflows and processes

Qualifications

► Background: Preferably you have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related areas.

► Experience: You have 1-3 years work experience in a multinational environment

► Personality: You are organized and empathic. You have excellent time management, communication and organizational skills.

► Working practice: You work precise and well-structured. You can prioritize and collaborate with our leaders and German speaking teams in a fast-paced environment.

► Languages: You have active German and English language knowledge (written and spoken).
