Job Description
The Multi-Media Marketing Specialist will report directly to the Creative Design Manager and working alongside other marketing professionals and clients, the Multi-Media Marketing Specialist is primarily responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing various multimedia content including, but not limited to, animations, digital graphics, videos, and interactive presentations/videos.
While the primary focus of the position is the development of multimedia assets, the position will also require working with other graphic designers in developing print collateral such as posters, banners, tradeshow booths, mailers, and brochures.
What you'll do
- Create and develop multimedia marketing campaign assets that support the goals of our customers and drive lead generation through digital mediums.
- Responsible for conceptualizing and designing multimedia content for online ad placement, presentations, websites, value-added content, email campaigns, PPC assets, and other projects.
- Conceptualize and storyboard ideas for multimedia projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and client marketing objectives.
- Demonstrate knowledge and creativity by staying updated on industry trends and best practices in multimedia design and technology - incorporating that knowledge into innovative and creative solutions to design challenges or unusual requests.
- Oversee project delivery and demonstrate an understanding of adherence to project schedules and effective communication with customers and management.
- Support positive vendor relationships and provide customers with accurate cost quotes for external services when needed.
What you'll need
- Bachelors, Marketing or Multimedia Design OR Equivalent Work Experience
- Proven experience (3-4 years) as a multimedia designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio to showcase your creative work.
- Experience should also encompass supporting the delivery of creative assets that have increased lead generation or revenue.
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements and market research methods.
- Proficiency in multi-media design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (including Premiere Pro) and other tools.
- Effective project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and develop accurate project time estimates.
