Job DescriptionDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units • May support the window operations in delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading of materials or windows
• Perform any workstation function using hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers
• Understand and carry out verbal instructions • Read and carry out simple written instructions
• Read work orders, labels, and schedules
• Use a tape measure (will be asked to read measurements during interview), inspect, examine, and observe for product defects
• Make fraction and decimal conversions
• Operate any equipment needed to perform a job
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Provide on-the-job training to new employees
Qualifications• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
• Ability to carry out written or verbal instructions
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
• Preferably with experience in manufacturing
• Preferably with experience reading a tape measure
• Knowledge and skills
• Knowledge on CNC machines and able to setup programming
• Translate instructions into computer commands so the machine can perform function
• Adhere to Site Wide Safety Protocols and Requirements (Personal Protective equipment is mandatory)

• Physical requirements: Must be able to physically stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, lift, push, pull, climb, balance, crouch, handle and move items
• Reading and understanding blueprints and work orders to be processed
• Knows and understands all safety rules and precautions necessary for working in a manufacturing environment
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on machine/equipment
• Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Willing to learn and take on additional tasks as assigned
