• 医療従事者との製品および疾患領域に関する科学的なディスカッション

• 医療従事者のmedical insightの収集

• 医療従事者からの高度な科学的質問への訪問・オンラインによる対応

• 学会等における学術情報収集

• 講演会(GSK主催/共催)の質を高めるための演者へのデータ理解の促進

必要な条件

スキル

• 公平かつバランスを持って医療従事者とディスカッションするマインドセット

• 医薬品に関する知識

• コミュニケーション能力および対人調整力

• 高い倫理観およびガバナンスマインドセットを持って業務に臨めること

• 能力開発を自ら行えること

経験

• 製薬企業で３年以上の勤務経験、もしくは自然科学業界での3年以上の経験

• メディカル、医薬品開発業務、またはこれに相当する業務での３年以上の経験

学位/資格/語学力

• 理系・医薬・看護系学部の大学卒業以上

• 英語論文を判読できる程度の英語力(辞書の利用可)、英語でのトレーニングに参加し内容を理解できる程度の英語力

• ビジネスレベルの日本語力

望ましい条件

スキル

• メディカルアフェアーズ業務に精通している

• 呼吸器分野の疾患及び医薬品に関する知識

経験

• 呼吸器領域での勤務経験

• MSLとしての勤務経験
