WHAT YOU'LL DO

- 顧客のマーケティング、製品、エンジニアリングチームと連携し、Brazeを利用する目的と、プラットフォームがお客様の技術スタックにどのように適合するかを理解する。
- オンボーディングマネージャーをサポートし、ユースケースに対する戦術的な対応と戦略的なソリューションを提供し、それらを顧客のための実行可能なステップに変換する。
- 顧客のマーケティング要件に合わせて、顧客とのパートナーシップのもと、技術的および製品的な採用計画や作業範囲の設計に貢献する。
- 効果的かつ効率的なSDKとAPIの統合、およびBrazeを使用したキャンペーン全体の展開を達成するために、新規顧客をサポートする。 マーケティング、製品、および技術に焦点を当てたワークショップを設計、提供し、顧客のニーズを満たし、期待以上の成果を上げる。
- オンラインとオンサイトの両方で、顧客へ効率的にイネーブルメント・トレーニングとワークショップを提供する。
- ツール導入や継続的なキャンペーン展開プロセスにおいて、顧客から報告された技術的な問題のトラブルシューティングと解決策の提供。
- 機能的な製品や技術的なユースケースに関する日々のニーズや対応に取り組むことで、より幅広いカスタマーサクセス組織へのサポートを提供する。
WHAT YOU HAVE
- デジタルマーケティング、モバイルアプリ開発、Webサイトの構築、テクニカルサポート、カスタマーサクセスプロフェッショナルなど、エンタープライズ/ストラテジックアカウントでの5年以上の関連業務の経験(入社時にすべての経験を満たしている必要はない)
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力
- 英語力(最低限ドキュメントが理解でき、GlobalTeamとのSlackでのコミュニケーションができるレベル)
- エンジニアスキル(2-3年の開発者経験:言語は問わない)
- 以下のうち2つ以上の製品知識と技術的な専門知識をお持ちの方

- APIの開発
- プログラミング
