What you need to know about this position:
This is a full-time, rotational program, you will move across multiple functions. This Program is designed for recent MSc graduates who are eager to learn, grow, and make an impact from day one. You will rotate through different functions over a defined period, working on real business challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and receiving mentorship from senior leaders. Each rotation is designed to stretch your capabilities, deepen your business acumen, and help you discover where your strengths and passions align.

Education / Certifications:
- Recent university graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electromechanical, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Electronics).
Job specific requirements:
- 0-1 year of professional experience (internships and part-time roles count).
- Willingness and flexibility to rotate across different functions.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight timelines.
