Job Description:

Join Johnson & Johnson as Process and Cleaning Validation Solids Trainee.

This outstanding opportunity is open to final-year students or fresh graduates interested in working in the field of Synthetics Drug Susbtance supply chain. In this position, trainees will have the chance to learn various aspects of manufacturing and cleaning processes for the preparation of drug substance destinated to human use and corresponding product lifecycle management, including the basis of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and some regulatory requirements. Together with this knowledge the candidate will learn to work in a dynamic working environment, supporting the MSAT Synthestics team and interacting with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.

Responsibilities for this role will include:

· Deep learning in Synthetics API manufacturing in an GMP environment

· Knowledge and gaining experience in High-Potent API manufacturing

· Providing administrative and logistic support to MSAT Synthetics API local team in organizing meetings business related and other relevant tasks.

· Providing support for document writing and approval.

· Responsible for periodic review and updating of relevant documents.

· Collecting and classifying data for the creation of a local MSAT knowledge database center.

· Learning and apply the basis of GMP roles, product life cycle management and cleaning/manufacturing fundamental processes for Small Molecule API .

· Full-time employment contract for two years.

· Broad experience in product life cycle management, manufacturing and cleaning processes for Synthetics API by having access to manufacturing area and working with experienced process engineers.

Requirements: We are seeking fresh university graduates or students in their final year of university. Bachelor's or University degree in Life Science, Chemistry, or Engineering. Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Advanced English language skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to perform tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
