Position Purpose
This Job Role is responsible for the coordination, management and execution of proactive and reactive maintenance activities that require a higher level of support than the one offered by the 1st Level Operations. This shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.
Please note that this role requires travel to Saudi Arabia for six - twelve months to support business needs.
Main accountabilities - you will:
• Ensure 2nd Level Assurance Support Activities• Ensure 2nd Level Incident Management• Ensure preventive maintenance and performance management• Assist with Problem Management• Support in project activities• On regular base covering the 7x24 Call-out responsibility.
Technical Skills
You are/you have:
• Minimum 5 years experience of operations in a Telecom NOC environment • Very good Core Network knowledge CS: MSC, MGW, HLR, HSS, STP, SBC• Very good Core Network knowledge IMS: CSCF, SBC, AS, DNS, ENUM, VOLTE, VOWIFI, SRVCC• Very good understanding of Mobile Networks 2G/3G/4G/5G• Very good knowledge of SS7/SIGTRAN/SIP protocol stack and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of NFVI and Cloud Native
• Basic knowledge of IP Interworking
• Linux Scripting
• Troubleshooting, using Protocol Analyzers• Bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom) • Excellent communication skills in English.
Nice to have:
• Knowledge of Managed Service telecom operations practice• Ericsson knowledge.
