The Mission as our MPS (Master Production Schedule)/ SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operational Planning) Analyst is to synchronize customer demand with plant capacity by leading the SIOP and MPS cycles. Your mission is to translate market requirements into a realistic, high-performance production plan that optimizes resources, manages inventory, and guarantees delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SIOP & MPS: Manage monthly SIOP and weekly MPS meetings to align production with plant objectives.
- Master Scheduling: Define and review end-item schedules to balance high delivery performance with optimal inventory levels.
- Capacity Planning: Ensure the MPS is realistic by analyzing plant capacity, resources, and potential bottlenecks.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor daily output vs. plan and improve demand accuracy and service rates.
- Constraint Management: Resolve resource issues and bottlenecks through coordination with production, suppliers, and customers.
- Process Improvement: Maintain and constantly optimize planning procedures and resource allocation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: University degree in the field of logistics or engineering
- Certification: Strong foundation in Supply Chain Management (APICS/CPIM certification or equivalent training is preferred)
- Experience: 2-3 years of proven success within Supply Chain Management. (preferably in the position of production planning and customer service contact)
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in ERP systems, SC planning tools and MS Office
- Language: Fluency in English and the regional language is essential.
