The Project Coordinator will be responsible for operational execution across Ocean and Logistics and is responsible for file creation, coordination and closure of shipment files.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creation and execution of customer shipments according to the implementation plan and customer requirements with regards to QHSE and reporting.
• Understanding of external factors impacting customer’s supply chain and their sense of urgency, service needs, drivers and desires.
• Ability to align with customer expectations upfront and ability to respond with suggested solutions.
• Be the primary point of contact for own customers and ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment lifecycle, including the inland delivery, by working closely with the customer as well as internal stakeholders.
• Proactively track shipments and notify customers of relevant deviations from the transport plan, including potential solutions or alternatives.
• Onboard customers and build strong and collaborative relationships, with willingness to go the extra mile with focus on providing solutions.
• Liaising and preparing transport plans with suppliers.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Relevant bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or logistics or related field
• At least 3 years’ experience in project logistics
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
