Position Summary:

AAA United States, Inc. has partnered with a company in Everett, WA that is a leading global aerospace company and top U.S. exporter, Boeing develops, manufactures and services commercial airplanes, defense products and space systems for customers in more than 150 countries. 

Essential Functions:

  • Evaluate parts, materials, processes, and equipment through research and testing to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance with engineering specifications
  • Perform detailed failure analysis on composite and interior components to identify root causes and prevent recurrence
  • Develop and execute test plans; collect, analyze, and document test data and results
  • Identify, categorize, and report defects, non-conformances, and failure trends
  • Propose, develop, and validate revisions to processes, procedures, and material specifications
  • Determine suitability and airworthiness of composite materials and repair processes
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by designing, developing, testing, and implementing new technologies and methods
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and cross-functional teams to resolve technical and quality issues
  • Provide technical expertise and consultation to internal teams and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree (AA) in a technical field (Engineering Technology, Aviation Maintenance, Materials Science, or related)
  • Experience working with composite materials, aircraft structures, or MRO environments preferred
  • Familiarity with testing methods, failure analysis, and root cause investigation

Skills Required
