Position Summary:

AAA United States, Inc. has partnered with a company in Everett, WA that is a leading global aerospace company and top U.S. exporter, Boeing develops, manufactures and services commercial airplanes, defense products and space systems for customers in more than 150 countries. 

The MP&P Technical Analyst II – Metals & Assembly supports the evaluation, testing, and analysis of metallic materials, assembly processes, and related equipment used in aircraft structures.

Essential Functions:

  • Perform testing and evaluation of metallic materials, assemblies, and processes to ensure compliance with engineering and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct routine to moderately complex failure analysis on parts and processes; assist in identifying root causes and contributing factors
  • Develop and execute test plans with guidance; collect, analyze, and document test data and results
  • Generate reports summarizing findings, trends, and recommendations for process or material improvements
  • Assist in the development, revision, and validation of technical documents, specifications, and procedures
  • Participate in the evaluation and qualification of materials, suppliers, equipment, and manufacturing processes
  • Support resolution of technical and quality issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams and suppliers
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by supporting design, testing, and implementation of new processes and technologies
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all testing and evaluation activities

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree (AA) in a technical field (Engineering Technology, Aviation Maintenance, Materials Science, or related)
  • Experience with metals, structures, or assembly processes in aviation, manufacturing, or MRO environments preferred
