Mozart plays a vital role in launching new P&G products in many markets across Europe and beyond. It is part of P&G's ecosystem of solutions managing our product Master Data - it enables activation of new product initiatives. Ensuring that Mozart operates without any issues and provides excellent data quality is critical for P&G market operations.
Currently, Mozart is undergoing a major technology transformation and a completely new operations framework will need to be established to ensure a smooth transition and stability afterwards. The new framework will include both establishment of a new team but also of the supporting monitoring and automation. We're looking for a new Operations Manager to lead this important journey to a success.
Operations Manager's responsibilities include:
- Manage the team in a partner company to simplify and govern their daily tasks in order to meet operational KPIs.
- Complex problem resolution, building and improving procedures and facilitating communication.
- Setup and support of ITIL Processes.
- Leverage software development and open-source solutions to automate provisioning of services, monitoring, and corrections.
- Evangelization and definition of standard processes to drive automation and increase availability and performance.
- Key technical resource to craft and document procedures, ensuring they are available in the Knowledge Database to facilitate Level 1 Incident Resolutions and provide self service capabilities to Application Teams and customers.
- Collaborate with other teams such as Application and Infrastructure and Platform Service Providers during the triage and resolution of incidents.
Job Qualifications
Expected:
- Basic to Intermediate ITIL process knowledge.
- Ability to apply critical thinking and a sense of urgency to solve incidents.
- Demonstrated working experience in Infrastructure, Product or Platform Operations roles.
- Computer Science or Computer Engineering degree.
- Proficient English, both writing and reading.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, a Master’s degree is a plus.
Preferred:
- Intermediate to Advanced Experience in Microsoft Azure.
- Basic to Intermediate programming/coding skills.
- Experience in Cloud Platform Monitoring.
- Understanding of infrastructure, information security and policies best practices.
- Understanding Concepts and design of role-based access control (RBAC).
- Understanding of source control such as Git.
- Understanding of CI/CD processes and pipeline
