Job Summary:
Assist Mounting Operator with set-up and running mounting equipment. Maintain good quality, productivity, and work attitude.
SHIFT: Sunday - Thursday, 9:45pm - 6:15am
Job Description:
- Assist operator with set-up and run required jobs; retrieve required materials, equipment, etc.
- Maintain required quality standards.
- Report any problems and/or discrepancies to the die cutting assistant/department manager.
- Keep the work area clean and orderly.
- Work overtime when needed.
- Report accurate time and quantities using the MIS systems.
- Perform other tasks as requested.

Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS OF POSITION
- High School diploma or equivalent/Technical or equivalent experience
- Mechanical aptitude.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Ability to measure in fractions of inches up to and including 32nds.
- Ability to communicate/understand written as well as oral instructions.
- Ability to apply written instructions to machine set-up.
- Basic Math skills including skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Reliability through attendance, punctuality, and attention to workstation.
- Ability to anticipate problems and head them off.
- Supports a safe work environment.
- Knowledge of production materials.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to visually inspect all work for defects and distinguish colors.
- Frequent reaching, bending, climbing, kneeling, crouching, and stooping.
- Manual dexterity for repetitive work.
- Frequent walking and standing.
