Responsabilities
- Drive company vehicles safely, responsibly, and in compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
- Transport employees, visitors, clients, contractors, company assets, documents, materials, and goods as required.
- Provide transportation support to administrative functions, field activities, and operational requirements, ensuring the timely movement of personnel, equipment, and supplies.
- Ensure punctuality and reliability in all scheduled trips and assignments.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes to optimize travel time, fuel consumption, and operational effectiveness.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after use to ensure roadworthiness and safety.
- Maintain the cleanliness, basic upkeep, and overall good condition of assigned vehicles.
- Monitor fuel, oil, coolant, tyre pressure, and other essential vehicle requirements.
- Report immediately any accidents, incidents, breakdowns, defects, or maintenance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, servicing, and other required logs.
- Ensure the safe handling and transportation of passengers, company assets, documents, materials, and goods at all times.
- Verify that all vehicle documentation, licenses, insurance, and inspection certificates remain valid and up to date.
- Support administrative duties, including the delivery and collection of documents, correspondence, and other company items when required.
- Comply with all Health & Safety, Quality & Enviroment procedures and report any identified risks or unsafe conditions.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding company information, personnel matters, and any sensitive information encountered during the performance of duties.
- Carry any other duties as instructed by management that may be deemed appropriate and within our capabilities.
