What will you do :

You’ll own the visual content across our venture capital fund and consulting business.

This includes:

• Edit high-quality short-form videos for LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube Shorts
  
• Create engaging Reels and social-first video content
  
• Design professional graphics, carousels and social media creatives
  
• Produce motion graphics and simple animations
  
• Create event highlight videos and recap reels
  
• Turn podcasts, interviews and webinars into multiple bite-sized content pieces
  
• Design thumbnails, presentation visuals and branded assets
  
• Work closely with the founders to bring ideas to life quickly
  
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, editing styles and AI creative tools
  
• Help build a premium, modern visual identity across all our brands
  

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 2–4 years of experience in motion graphics, video editing or multimedia design
  
• Has an exceptional eye for design, pacing and storytelling
  
• Loves creating content for social media
  
• Can take ownership from raw footage to polished final output
  
• Understands what performs well on LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube
  
• Is comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
  
• Pays close attention to detail
  
• Can manage multiple projects simultaneously
  

Tools you should comfortable with

• Adobe Premiere Pro
  
• After Effects
  
• Photoshop
  
• Illustrator
  
• Canva
  
• Figma (preferred)
  
• CapCut (preferred)
  
• AI creative tools such as Runway, Adobe Firefly, Veo, Midjourney or similar
  

Bonus points If You

• Enjoy photography or videography
  
• Have experience filming social content
  
• Have worked with founders, startups, agencies or B2B brands
  
• Have basic knowledge of finance, startups or technology
  
• Are constantly experimenting with new editing styles and AI tools
  

What Success looks like

Within your first six months, you’ll help us:

• Produce 20–30 high-quality pieces of content every month
  
• Build a consistent visual identity across all channels
  
• Create content that founders, investors and industry leaders enjoy sharing
  
• Establish Cedar Hill Capital as one of the most recognizable VC brands on social medi
