Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Motion Producer to join our in-house film production team. You’ll bring your motion media expertise to elevate our global content and make sure our stories move people – literally.
In this role, you’ll:
- Lead projects from idea to delivery.
- Manage, coordinate, and produce motion media across studio shoots, CG animation, and location projects.
- Guide and support colleagues from different competencies, helping them navigate projects with confidence.
- Plan, budget, and assemble production teams with the right skills.
- Ensure quality at every step and communicate clearly when things don’t go as planned.
- Contribute to developing smarter workflows that make creativity flow.
This role is based in Älmhult, and we believe presence matters – so you’ll be here with us, shaping ideas together.
QualificationsWe’d love it if you have:
- 5+ years of experience as a motion producer (or similar) in film production, advertising, broadcast, or other industry-standard environments.
- A proven track record of successful film projects.
- Experience managing budgets for motion media productions.
- Knowledge of post-production and VFX.
- Technical know-how in industry-standard visualization software and pipelines.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills – you can connect with all kinds of personalities and collaborate across teams and clients.
- Fluency in English, spoken and written.
