We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer who can transform ideas into visually engaging content across digital and marketing channels. This role focuses on creating high-quality motion graphics, animations, video edits, and visual storytelling assets that enhance brand presence and audience engagement. You will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and creative teams to develop compelling campaigns, promotional videos, social media content, and branded visual experiences.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for marketing, branding, and promotional campaigns.
- Design and develop social media videos, advertisements, explainer videos, product showcases, and digital content.
- Edit raw video footage by incorporating animations, transitions, typography, sound effects, and visual enhancements.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to translate concepts into impactful visual narratives.
- Ensure consistency in visual style, branding, and messaging across all creative assets.
- Develop innovative concepts and creative solutions that improve audience engagement and campaign effectiveness.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest motion design trends, animation techniques, and creative tools.
- Optimize content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative strategy discussions.
- 1–3 years of experience in Motion Graphics, Animation, Video Editing, or a related creative field.
- Strong expertise in Adobe After Effects, with hands-on experience in creating professional-quality animations and motion content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Solid understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating content for digital and social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Ability to conceptualize ideas and convert them into visually compelling motion graphics and video content.
- Strong attention to detail with a creative mindset and problem-solving approach.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced creative setting while maintaining high-quality output.
- Knowledge of 2D/3D animation tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar platforms is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with sound design, video production workflows, and emerging motion design trends is a plus.
Skills Required
- 1-3 years experience in Motion Graphics, Animation, or Video Editing
