Job Description: Territory Manager – Franchisee

Company Overview:We are a prominent financial services firm specializing in broking, capital markets, and banking solutions. We are currently seeking experienced and proactive Territory Managers to join our team in Hyderabad. This role is key to expanding and managing our franchise network in the region.
Position Overview:The Territory Manager will be responsible for expanding and managing the franchise network within the designated territory. This includes sourcing new franchisees, overseeing the performance and growth of existing franchisees, and ensuring business development through strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Acquiring New Franchisees: Identify and engage potential franchisees within the assigned territory to broaden the network.
- Managing Existing Franchisees: Maintain and develop relationships with existing franchisees, ensuring their business growth and addressing any issues.
- Business Conversion: Facilitate the smooth onboarding and integration of newly acquired franchisees.
- Cross-Selling of Investment Products: Promote and sell a variety of investment products to both new and existing franchisees to enhance their service offerings.
Educational Qualifications:
- Graduate/Post-Graduate/MBA (preferably in finance, marketing, or related fields).
Domain Knowledge:
- Comprehensive understanding of broking, capital markets, and banking sectors.
- Knowledge of financial instruments and investment products.
IT Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for creating reports and presentations.
- Familiar with internet and email communication tools.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in franchisee handling or a similar role.
- Proven track record in sales and business development.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on business development and growth.
Additional Information:
- Age below 35 years is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
