Key responsibilities:
- Generate leads, identify potential clients, and provide consultation on mortgage loan products
- Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to promote mortgage offerings
- Build, manage, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle
- Understand clients’ financial needs and recommend suitable financing options
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth mortgage application processing
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
- Stay updated on market trends, basic mortgage product knowledge, and interest rates
Is this you?
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or telesales, preferably within financial services or property-related industries
- Strong sales acumen and communication skills, with proven ability to build rapport and close deals (mandatory)
- Knowledge of mortgage products, interest rates, and financing processes is a plus
- Proactive, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask, handle objections, and maintain a high level of customer service
