The Role
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Mortgage Employee Experience & Culture Lead internally known as Lead Business Execution Consultant.
In this role, you will:
  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives related to employee experience and culture
  • Define measures of success and monitor progress for employee programs and initiatives.
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
  • Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, and/or Program Management experience, or equivalent qualifications
Desired Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in employee engagement and well-being initiatives
  • 3+ years of prior exposure to Home Lending or equivalent lines of business is preferred
  • 3+ years in Talent Development including onboarding, leadership development and career growth programs
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with a strong ability to engage leadership teams, interest groups, and employee resource networks
  • Has the ability to lead company-wide or LOB-wide engagement initiatives that delivered measurable improvements in performance and employee satisfaction
Job Expectations:
  • Employee Engagement and Well-Being - Develop and implement engagement programs and initiatives aligned with the global strategy; collaborate with the Line of Business leaders, HR, interest groups and Employee Resource Networks (ERNs) to advance wellness, inclusion, and employee retention.
  • Culture Building - Integrate company and Line of Business values into daily operations; drive culture transformation and support change management efforts.
  • Talent Enablement Support - Oversee onboarding experiences and leadership development initiatives; facilitate upskilling and career growth programs; liaise with Learning & Development for skill-building, uptraining and developmental learning initiatives.
  • Develop and Lead Execution of HL Recognition Programs - Design and manage recognition programs that reinforce performance excellence and organizational values.
