We are seeking a Monitoring Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of the Security Monitoring Center, ensuring continuous surveillance through CCTV systems, access control, alarm systems, GPS platforms, and advanced security technologies. This role is responsible for coordinating monitoring personnel, managing incident escalation, supporting investigations, and ensuring the effectiveness and continuity of security operations.
Main Responsibilities- Supervise the continuous operation of the Security Monitoring Center and ensure effective surveillance coverage.
- Coordinate monitoring personnel and ensure compliance with operational procedures and security protocols.
- Manage CCTV systems, video management platforms, access control systems, alarms, GPS tracking, and ANPR/LPR technologies.
- Analyze security alerts, video analytics, and unusual activities to ensure timely detection and escalation.
- Coordinate incident response activities, investigations, video reviews, and digital evidence preservation.
- Monitor system performance and availability, identifying technical failures and coordinating corrective actions.
- Prepare operational reports, incident summaries, security KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization, technology implementation, advanced analytics, and AI solutions.
Advanced English proficiency.
Minimum experience in:
- 3 years in Monitoring Center Operations.
- 3 years working with CCTV and Video Management Systems.
- 3 years in Security Incident Management and Investigations.
- 2 years with Access Control and Alarm Systems.
- 2 years with GPS Platforms and ANPR/LPR Systems.
Knowledge of:
- Incident response protocols.
- CCTV investigations and video review.
- Digital evidence preservation.
- Video analytics and security technologies.
- Security KPIs and operational reporting.
- Integrated monitoring center operations in industrial environments.
