Maintains accurate accounting records and financial reporting for the Mexico service and management platform. Records transactions in INFOR, processes accounts payable and receivable, performs bank, supplier, fixed asset, and intercompany reconciliations, and manages CFDI documentation. Supports payments, collections, audits, tax calculations, month-end closing, and continuous process improvement while ensuring compliance with Mexican accounting and tax requirements.

Leads the plant’s environmental, health, and safety strategy, ensuring Mexican legal and corporate compliance. Oversees risk assessment, serious incident investigations, hazardous-energy and high-risk activity controls, audits, emergency preparedness, industrial hygiene, occupational health, environmental programs, PPE, training, metrics, budgets, suppliers, and SHE team development.

Coordinate customer communications and order fulfillment between customers, warehouse, and production. Manage purchase/sales order processing, invoicing, shipping documentation, and CRM/ERP tracking to ensure accurate, timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction.

The Quality Engineer ensures manufacturing process capability and stability, addresses customer quality issues, and implements quality control measures.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain RPA automation and AI agent solutions (e.g., Copilot Studio). Build integrations with ERP, MES, OA and other systems, optimize workflows for stability and efficiency, produce technical documentation and training, and provide user support.

Oversee daily Security Monitoring Center operations, supervise monitoring personnel, manage CCTV/access control/alarms/GPS/ANPR systems, analyze alerts, coordinate incident response and investigations, preserve digital evidence, monitor system performance, and produce operational reports and KPIs while driving process and technology improvements.

Manage thermal management component programs for automotive customers, support product development, design/process validation, PPAP, DFMEA/DRBFM activities, conduct failure analysis and testing, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and coordinate development with China headquarters.

Support daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, inventory control, cycle counts, WMS data entry, shipping documentation, carrier coordination, and operational record keeping while assisting continuous improvement initiatives and learning logistics processes.

Lead accounting and tax operations for five Mexican entities (four maquila, one regular). Oversee AR/AP, GL, payroll, cost accounting, financial closings, tax compliance (VAT, ISR, payroll taxes, CFDI), VAT refunds, audits, IMMEX/maquila and transfer pricing. Implement internal controls and audit readiness, drive digital transformation (Infor ERP, RPA, AI), and coordinate with global stakeholders. Requires a Master’s and advanced English.

Responsible for managing financial transactions, optimizing PES/MES systems, and ensuring compliance with procedures for timely payments. Develops backend and frontend functionalities and collaborates on system integration and performance enhancement.

Responsible for EHS management, compliance, safety inspections, training activities, and documentation. Coordinates training, PPE distribution, and monitors EHS KPIs.
