Lead full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, interview coordination, candidate communication, and talent pipeline development. Partner with leadership and hiring managers on workforce needs, job descriptions, recruitment marketing, and candidate experience. Maintain ATS records, coordinate recruiting events, support onboarding and offboarding, and improve recruiting processes. The role requires Houston-area availability and five-plus years of recruiting experience.

Manage and grow HVAC&R OEM accounts across North America through strategic account planning, business development, sales-cycle ownership, pricing negotiations, and customer relationship management. Lead opportunities from RFQ through product qualification and launch, coordinate cross-functional teams, support receivables and inventory management, maintain CRM and pipeline reporting, and provide market intelligence. The role requires approximately 40%–50% travel and strong English communication; Mandarin is preferred.

Supports and optimizes business applications, infrastructure, and technology solutions across North America. Responsibilities include configuring SAP Business One, CRM, automation, and integration systems; analyzing data with SQL and BI tools; documenting requirements; developing test cases; monitoring system health; troubleshooting issues; and implementing system upgrades and maintenance procedures.

Manage automotive OEM customer accounts from RFQ through end of production, including relationship development, contract and pricing negotiations, quotations, project coordination, customer site visits, forecasting, sales strategy, accounts receivable, and inventory control. Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and program management teams while pursuing new business and meeting sales targets. Travel to customer sites at least 20%.

Maintains accurate accounting records and financial reporting for the Mexico service and management platform. Records transactions in INFOR, processes accounts payable and receivable, performs bank, supplier, fixed asset, and intercompany reconciliations, and manages CFDI documentation. Supports payments, collections, audits, tax calculations, month-end closing, and continuous process improvement while ensuring compliance with Mexican accounting and tax requirements.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain RPA automation and AI agent solutions (e.g., Copilot Studio). Build integrations with ERP, MES, OA and other systems, optimize workflows for stability and efficiency, produce technical documentation and training, and provide user support.

Administer, maintain, upgrade, and secure the Infor LN ERP. Manage MS SQL Server databases, build and support integrations, control user access and security, optimize performance, handle incidents and disaster recovery, and maintain technical documentation.

Manage thermal management component programs for automotive customers, support product development, design/process validation, PPAP, DFMEA/DRBFM activities, conduct failure analysis and testing, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and coordinate development with China headquarters.

Support daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, inventory control, cycle counts, WMS data entry, shipping documentation, carrier coordination, and operational record keeping while assisting continuous improvement initiatives and learning logistics processes.

Lead accounting and tax operations for five Mexican entities (four maquila, one regular). Oversee AR/AP, GL, payroll, cost accounting, financial closings, tax compliance (VAT, ISR, payroll taxes, CFDI), VAT refunds, audits, IMMEX/maquila and transfer pricing. Implement internal controls and audit readiness, drive digital transformation (Infor ERP, RPA, AI), and coordinate with global stakeholders. Requires a Master’s and advanced English.

Responsible for managing financial transactions, optimizing PES/MES systems, and ensuring compliance with procedures for timely payments. Develops backend and frontend functionalities and collaborates on system integration and performance enhancement.
