Responsável em realizar o monitoramento e acompanhamento da equipe de Simplifica Fiscal, que engloba Analistas JR, Assistentes N1 e N2.
Atividades:
- Monitorar e auditar ligações/processos executados pelo time;
- Realizar acompanhamento diário dos protocolos/atendimentos realizados, visando qualidade e execução correta.
- Envolvimento com áreas internas para melhoria de sistemas e processos;
- Criação de materiais de orientação de trabalho;
- Orientação técnica do time, com apoio da supervisão;
- Colaborar com supervisão/coordenação para ajuste de scripts e melhorias gerais.
- Acompanhamento diário do time, prestando suporte em dúvidas quotidianas.
Pré-requisitos:
- Superior concluído ou em andamento (administração, gestão de pessoas e áreas correlacionadas);
- Experiência com monitoramento e apoio de equipes;
- Resiliência, empatia, paciência e pró atividade;
- Conhecimento do Pacote Office (intermediário).
