1. 产品商业计划制定:基于政策解读及市场分析,明确产品细分市场及目标市场,根据客户需求,竞品策略以及公司能力,制定快速有效的产品市场切入计划
2.产品生命周期管理:包括新产品导入,产品全生命周期策略制定,产品管理
-新产品导入:与Global明确国内外产品portfolio,对新导入产品进行市场及销量预测,确认配置价格,辅助注册部门提升注册效率
-产品全生命周期策略制定:包括目标市场筛选,产品定价定位,制定差异化的价值主张,产品卖点提炼等,根据产品不同生命周期进行调整
-产品管理:包括产品配置价格调整,产品市场资料制定,产品运营管理如意向追踪,销量预测,样品管理等
3.销售支持及跨部门沟通:协助销售推进项目实施,提供产品培训,产品咨询,销售工具,学术活动支持。与销售,专业教育,运营等团队沟通,合作推进项目实施,同时能够协调公司其他辅助部门的资源,促进本部门业务发展。
