Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Modern Workplace Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft 365 (M365) and identity management tools. You will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing our modern workplace environment and ensure a seamless collaboration with tooling like SharePoint and office applications. Besides this you have an interst in and experience with identity and access managment tooling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage M365 solutions to enhance productivity and collaboration.
- Oversee identity management and access control using tools such as Azure AD, MFA, and SSO.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures for M365 and identity management.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on M365 applications and identity tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of M365 and identity solutions with other IT systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in M365 and identity management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365 administration and identity management tools.
- Strong understanding of Azure Active Directory, Multi-Factor Authentication, and Single Sign-On.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience of working in an Agile (SAFe) environment is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate) are a plus.

This position offers a competitive salary range of €4.777 up to €6.433,00 per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
