Modern Endpoint Management Specialist (Intune / Jamf) – Bilingual

What success looks like in this role:

Work Modality:  Home Office -Mexico Home-Based. However, if the candidate is based in a city with a client site, occasional hybrid attendance may be required.

This role requires extensive experience with MDM tools such as Microsoft Intune and Jamf, as well as strong client-facing and consulting skills. The ideal candidate will develop and implement MDM policies, provide technical support, and collaborate with clients to deliver tailored solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and configure MDM solutions, including Microsoft Intune and Jamf, to support Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS devices.
• Develop and implement MDM policies and procedures to ensure the security and compliance of all managed devices.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MDM-related issues.
• Manages work orders, problems, or tasks within a structured ticket management system.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored MDM solutions.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams on MDM best practices.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in MDM technologies and industry trends.
• Assist in the development of documentation and training materials.
• Plans, designs, implements, and maintains endpoint solutions for various platforms and devices. Maintains and updates operations manual and contractual reports.
• Acts as the initial 3rd level escalation point to provide technical support of hardware, systems, email flow, Teams Conferences, and telephony across different platforms, sub-systems and/or applications.

Must Have Skills

Qualifications:

• Bilingual. Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• Proven experience with MDM tools such as Microsoft Intune and Jamf.
• Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS operating systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong client-facing and consulting skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Intune and Jamf.
• Strong knowledge of modern management devices.
• Experience in scripting for automation.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Jamf Certified) are a plus.
• Azure Active Directory: Experience with managing and integrating Azure AD.
• Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance: Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security and compliance features.
• Project Management: Basic understanding of project management principles and tools.
• Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation and experience in a customer-facing role.
