We are looking for a skilled Modelling & Simulation Systems Engineer to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will work alongside top-tier design professionals and contribute to innovative, mission-critical
projects.
Your mission:
As an experienced engineering professional, your responsibilities will include:
• Lead technical planning, system integration, and verification and validation (V&V) activities for
simulated land military vehicle platforms and mission systems.
• Conduct system and technical analyses to support the design, development, integration, and sustainment of vehicle models, digital twins, and simulated subsystems (e.g., communications,
sensors, EW, and weapon systems).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within simulation environments, including network configurations, hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) setups, and model integration challenges, while maintaining configuration-managed baselines.
• Develop and execute validation plans to ensure simulation fidelity, accuracy, and correlation with real-world vehicle performance.
• Create and implement preventive maintenance and update plans for simulation frameworks, databases, models, and supporting lab infrastructure to ensure continuous operational readiness.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a related field, along with at least 5 years of
relevant professional experience; or a Master’s degree in a related discipline with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
• Experience supporting projection, display, and visualization systems, as well as vehicle crew station hardware, electronic interfaces, and associated mechanical assemblies within simulation environments.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Linux and Microsoft operating systems,
including Microsoft-based tools and products.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience installing, configuring, modifying, and integrating simulation system software and hardware.
• At least 3 years of experience in distributed modeling and simulation (DM&S) environments and complex IT/AV system infrastructures.
• Ability to obtain a Security Clearance.
Desired Skills:
• Experience supporting high-fidelity simulation systems operating across multiple security classification levels.
• Background in system design and development to support experimentation, test events, and capability assessments.
• Strong understanding of network architecture, implementation, and troubleshooting, including
familiarity with simulation-specific communication protocols.
• Experience performing technical analyses to support the design, installation, integration,
sustainment, and operational use of devices, systems, and subsystems.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement effective solutions to complex technical issues,
including system, network, and infrastructure reconfiguration.
• Proven ability to coordinate and lead projects or initiatives across multiple functional disciplines and diverse stakeholder groups.
