- Desarrollar, gestionar y mantener modelos digitales tridimensionales que representen con precisión la infraestructura del proyecto, optimizando la coordinación interdisciplinaria y asegurando la integridad técnica y constructiva.
- Crear y actualizar modelos BIM con alto nivel de detalle.
- Coordinar integración de información técnica entre disciplinas.
- Validar compatibilidad mediante clash detection.
- Mantener trazabilidad documental en plataformas colaborativas.
- Generar reportes y visualizaciones para toma de decisiones.
- Modelar elementos estructurales y arquitectónicos en Revit.
- Ejecutar clash detection en Navisworks y proponer soluciones.
- Configurar parámetros y familias en Revit.
- Documentar cambios y mantener control de versiones.
- Formación: Ingeniero Civil, Arquitecto, Ingeniero Constructor o Constructor Civil.
- Experiencia:
- 3 años en proyectos de construcción.
- 2 años en infraestructura y 2 años en proyectos interdisciplinarios bajo metodología BIM.
- Conocimientos: Dominio avanzado de Revit y Navisworks, manejo de MS Office y plataformas colaborativas.
- Certificaciones: Cursos o diplomados en BIM, Revit y Navisworks (deseable certificación internacional).
- Modelado BIM avanzado.
