Mobility Specialist (Parental Leave Cover)
We’re looking for a mobility specialist to join a fast-growing consultancy in a parental leave cover role, based in either Aarhus or Hellerup. You’ll serve as the single point of contact for all mobility-related topics in an international organisation.
What you’ll do
In this role, you’ll own the mobility agenda end to end, acting as the trusted, global go-to for all mobility-related matters. You’ll ensure legal compliance across immigration, taxation, employment, and social security, while partnering closely with other support functions and our consultants. Equally important, you’ll balance rules with empathy by creating a human-centred experience for our people on the move.
Ensure compliance across mobility activities (including tax, social security, EU posted worker registrations, and immigration)
Act as the single point of contact and subject matter expert, liaising on mobility matters at both a strategic and operational level
Collaborate with internal departments to support talent acquisition and tax compliance through effective mobility solutions
Stay informed on Danish and international tax and employment legislation by participating in networks and conferences, and by updating the organisation on relevant changes
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality support for relocating employees
Support the internal travel booking system
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in international mobility, preferably from an in-house function. This ensures a solid understanding of end-to-end mobility processes.
On top of that, the ideal candidate has:
Experience working with tax, social insurance, immigration, and legal matters in an international context
Experience planning relocations and maintaining a full overview of the process, covering both human and practical aspects
The ability to build strong, trusted working relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple geographies
What we offer
At Implement, you’ll enjoy a high degree of freedom paired with responsibility, inspiring colleagues, and strong development opportunities. You’ll join a fast-growing consultancy with a global presence and a shared ambition to create change with real impact.
Joining us means becoming part of:
A unique culture built on freedom, trust, and responsibility
A flat organisation where ideas and initiative are valued from day one
A strong, performance-based compensation model
A growing, entrepreneurial international team
Make your next move matter
